No 1 Nails

“Absolutely terrible. The acrylic was insanely thick, the designs are terrible, all the dots are different shapes. The color is a completely different color than I wanted and they had an inspo picture the entire time. Was extremely rough and I have red burns on my cuticles from how rough they were with the file. Name was Tina. First picture was the inspo.”

“First of all, I had to wait 30 minutes with an appointment. Unacceptable! The nail tech I got was more interested in what was going on in the salon than being engaged with me. She continually looked around and paid no attention to me. She cut my toenails so short they still hurt several days after my appt. I even commented to her about cutting them too short and she completely ignored me and took no accountability for it. The sides of my toes are sore and slightly swollen where she scrapped them. Even when she was done painting my toes, she kept digging with a tool on the sides of my toenails when it was not necessary. She was even rough during the massaging of my feet and legs. She pounded on the bottom of my feet and slapped the back of my calves. I have NEVER experienced anything like that anywhere. It is supposed to be a relaxing and calming experience. Worst experience ever!”

“I just got a simple French tip and they turned out great!!! They weren't rough with my cuticles and took their time to make my nails look perfect! I would definitely go again!”

“I called the day before and they were able to schedule an appointment, I arrived early, was greeted immediately and wasn't kept waiting, even though I was early for my appointment. I had a full set and a pedicure. Lisa did an absolutely amazing job on my full set 😍 I don't know the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure, but he was very pleasant and also did a wonderful job! I already rescheduled for 2 weeks out again! 10/10 recommend, can't wait to go back!”

“I was very unsatisfied with my nails today. I had a design I wanted or something similar. I asked the lady if she could do it she said yea, the results look like a toddler did it. Nothing like what I wanted and very sloppy. I would have rather her just say she couldn’t do it”
