“EDIT: these nails were becoming loose and lifting within a week. i reglued several times myself to try and make them last longer. i also realized the nails were applied unevenly, some closer to the start of the nails and some further. for 130$, i expected them to last much longer. the designs are great but the nails themselves are just not worth it in my opinion. very good service! i am new to getting acrylic nails but the design on these turned out wonderful, there's only one tiny mistake on the right thumb that i don't mind too much. i do wish that the stylist and i went over the details of my design picture, but i could have initiated that so it is on me. the salon itself was well decorated but i would've liked to see something on the tv other than an ai screensaver. thank you so much and i will be coming back again!”

“it disappoints me to write this because the staff were both friendly and sweet, and this isn’t me telling people not to come here but just be cautious. the nail art itself was very pretty, unfortunately i still left very disappointed with how my nails turned out. i paid $110 for the service and left a $15 tip, only to realize once i got to work that the application wasn’t done correctly. some of the false nails weren’t fully adhered to my natural nail bed, two of them were noticeably crooked, and several of my cuticles were left with visible product residue and weren’t cleaned up before i left. while it’s a small detail, i expected a cleaner finish given the price. i’m not a confrontational person, but i did try to mention one of the crooked nails while i was still there. it was filed a bit, but it still wasn’t quite right. i take responsibility for not speaking up more firmly in the moment because i didn’t want to come across as difficult. after leaving the salon, it wasn’t until i had gotten to work that i noticed the flaws. i had then called the salon to express my disappointment in the results and bring attention to the fact the application wasn’t done correctly. i did ask if there was any possibility for a refund or at the least a partial refund, and explained that i was at work and had a flight to catch the next day, so i wasn’t able to come back for a repair. i truly understand that the salon is repair only, no refunds, but what disappointed me the most was how the conversation was handled. when i said i’d at least have to leave a review since we couldn’t come to a resolution, i was told, “we don’t care.” that response felt dismissive and unprofessional. i respect that every business has its own policies, but i also believe customers deserve to be treated with respect when raising legitimate concerns. i genuinely didn’t want to leave a negative review, but after both the quality of the service and the way my concerns were handled, i felt it was important to share my experience. please do still check them out if you want! just be cautious. i genuinely hope they take a little more care with the application process going forward, because improper nail application can potentially be damaging to your nails!!”

“Can’t believe it took this long to try this place! They’re great. Smaller space but clean and my daughter and I loved our manicures. She got acrylic and I did a mani with gel polish. We both love the results!”

“I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and it’s great! Definitely miss Thoai who helped me grow my nails the longest and healthiest they’ve ever been, and still the place is in great hands. I’m really enjoying getting to know Jenny and Joanie (forgive any misspelling!); they are warm, professional, so kind, and girls’ girls for sure. My gel mani and pedi today were wonderful; Jenny did my toes while Nancy went to work on my nails. Didn’t get my eyelashes done but another guest did and they looked fantastic. I’m excited to try more complex designs and to also try getting my brows done here, now that they’re among many of the new services offered. Love it here and love the team!
