“I had such a wonderful and welcoming experience here. Because of my hearing impairment, there was a small communication barrier at times, but the staff handled it with so much kindness and patience. The other employees noticed that I was trying my best to listen and helped communicate between me and the nail technician so we could fully understand each other. It was never an issue with the technician—everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. I also appreciated how comfortable they made me feel bringing my toddler. He sat quietly near the front on his tablet, and the staff gave him such kind and understanding glances throughout the appointment. I’ve been trying to grow my natural nails out for a very long time. At many salons, I’ve been told that I needed extensions instead of a manicure. This was the first place where someone truly listened to what I wanted. Rather than pushing extensions, they explained that an overlay would be the best option to protect and support my natural nails. I’m so grateful they took the time to assess my nails and recommend what was actually best for me. The technician clearly put a lot of care and effort into my nails, and I know it wasn’t an easy task. I left feeling genuinely cared for and so thankful that I stumbled upon this salon. As for the pricing, I felt it was very fair—$50 for the manicure and $50 for the pedicure. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be returning. (Excuse my cuticles they did a very good job trimming them back and getting them to this point. My hands were in much worse condition before they started.)”

“Everyone at Naku Nails is very friendly, and talented. Brian was very gentle when doing my manicure and painted the cutest little flowers on my nails! Would recommend to anyone looking to get a manicure with designs. The staff can work from your inspiration photos. Not overpriced either. 💞”

“I LOVED my experience here! I did my graduation nails with Brian and I absolutely loved them! He was very meticulous and made sure I was always ok with what he was doing. “UPDATE The owner Luna reached out right away and wanted to make it better which was extremely nice of her she wanted me to come in the following week. They were are super friendly when I went the first time but the second time I walked in I was greeted by name and I wasn't expecting that so I jumped to high inside. She was so kind during the whole appointment I've never had so much conversation with a nail tech it was very nice. Luna fixed my nails and added a flower design they look great. I decided to try a new nail salon due to my last one just not having a great environment and the reviews here were awesome. Everyone seemed really nice and the environment was definitely better. However the communication was a little tough Brian was great at being the muddled person though. I did feel a little blamed after the second time when one of my nails had to be redone when I know that I didn’t hit it on the light. I found there to be away to much sanding to my nails the shape is not 100% what I wanted and after they were painted and too coat put on they were filled on the sides so the nail polish is no longer and they are rough and feel like they will chip by next week. I have made another appointment to give you all a second chance because I saw the work that has been posted on these reviews and really have been waiting for years to have that kind of quality and I didn’t want to write a review I’m just so bothered by the fact that there’s no polish on the sides on my nails and how rough they and just keep playing with them as it’s driving me nuts.”
