“I went to the location on Sunday about an hour before they closed. I brought my sister because it was her birthday and they refused to wait on us. People who walked in with no appointment after us was served before we were. I haven’t been to this location In years because the last time I was before the major renovation they always treated me terrible because I’m not a conventionally attractive woman. I’m on the heavy side. We went that day because we heard it was a lot nicer with new management. We figured we would be treated like everyone else. We waited for 45 minutes while others were being served that showed up after us as walk ins as well. We left because it was clear no one was willing to help us. I was talked over and treated like dirt by the feminine man. He had attitude and was really rude. Just because I’m fat doesn’t make me less of a person. I wouldn’t recommend going if you are not conveniently attached based off their standard other wise you will be treated like dirt and refused fair treatment and service.”

“Today was definitely a low sub-par day. I retired (early) no pay, and so i cannot afford the higher pedicure as I used to get and be able to tip my nail tech the $10 i like yo tip. So today, I had a tech that didn't chat even a bit with me. Only tended completely to my left foot and did little to my right foot. He also polished first... then rubbed legs... not feet as I usually have gotten. If Nails Pro reads this... take to heart that we are all at different stages in our journey. I like to be pampered even if just a little... i like to TIP WELL!! IF I can't tip well, I will just choose less pampering to TIP my $10. Sorry to my nail tech who chose to judge me (inadvertently , maybe) and lost the $10 TIP. I will always return... I WILL ALWAYS TIP... but make me feel as important as the one getting the $50-$85 pedicure. Next year, I will go back to choosing pampering myself more and still getting to TIP my nail tech.”

“The nails that I ask for were shown on the Pinterest screenshot. The shape of the nail was amazing and so was the application. The French tips were lopsided and uneven. The swirl design was very messy and not really what I asked for.”

Every time I come in this guy says hi and he gives me a sweet smile! I 100% recommend this place. I am omw to to go get my nails done and I can’t wait!
