“Though I appreciate the work done on my hands, I was very disappointed about my toes and I promise I chose one of the most simple designs for them. The design was not good. I bought the same color polish to paint over it because it was bothering me lol.. I give the designs done on my hands a B - . The employees in this shop really do need to work on their skills in nail design. Anyone can polish nails but, to me, the details put on my nails are most important to me and should be done satisfactorily. I’m not a test dummy, I am a customer. Nail techs should be able to do at least 80% of any design you request….”

“First visit Staff was polite with customers when I entered. Everyone was interacting in various nice conversations. I had to wait a bit for my turn in a pedicure chair, but no worries the waiting area though small was comfortable and cozy. When it was my turn, the young man helping me was mostly quite, but efficient, polite and caring as he worked. I could tell the other clients had been there before as the conventions were able past visits or mutual friends. My pedicure was done with pride and care. It wasn't rushed. He took pride in giving me a nice foot massage, which I appreciated. Thank you.”
