“First time here & definitely my last time. The lady who was doing my nails was definitely talking badly about me in Vietnamese. Every time I asked her something she would say it back but in her language, as if I’m not paying her to be there. My heals were not properly scrubbed & my big toes are a mess. I even at one point. Scrubbed my own foot while there bc she just was not doing it right. I had to go to a different nail salon to fix this mess. I had an important event & it was very inconvenient for me to have to go to a different nail salon. You need to get better employees. If I am paying for a service I am allowed to ask for whatever I want even if it is an additional cost since I am paying for it. Never again will I be returning, learn how to treat your customers better & not talk about them in Vietnamese you don’t know who understands!”

“This place has a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone was so polite and inviting. My nail tech (Katie) explained everything she was doing and helped me with choose a color that went with my attire. Katie was so personable and has a soft touch, she paid attention to detail, and provided the best experience I have had in a salon. I will definitely be coming back. Everyone seemed so friendly, Ask for Katie, she made me feel beautiful again.”

“This place is the best around and you can’t change my mind on that!! After trying out several salons in the area and also living various places all across the country, this place is my all time favorite. The staff is so friendly and I know I will always get a consistent finished product for mani and pedis. It’s also great every time regardless of whether I do dip or gel. The team does well at everything they do (and everyone is equally talented)! The massaging pedicure chairs are comfortable and great for relaxation (I couldn’t believe it when I went to a different highly rated salon in Birkdale and they had stationary chairs that caused your legs to uncomfortably rest against the edge of the pedicure bowl). I hate traveling out of the area for long timeframes now because I know it’ll mean having to have my nails done somewhere other than Nails Design.”
