“Absolute worst pedicure/manicure I have ever received. The younger guy literally rushed through the entire pedicure. Almost forcefully directing me to move faster (moving my legs/feet). Before beginning, I specifically asked him to take care of one spot on my foot that was causing me issues. He seriously completely ignored it. I have received many pedicures and I do not exaggerate when saying this was by far my worst experience. Unfortunately, it was my first manicure, and that experience was not much better. My friend went with me and it literally took them 45 minutes longer to complete his manicure/pedicure (exact same packages). He had the older gentleman who seemed to actually care about the quality of service he provided. It’s unfortunate that one bad Apple ruins it for everyone. To your response: my friends and I had the exact same pedicure/package. Level three, costing the exact same amount which was around $60. Your response also does not address the young guy rushing through and not working on the one spot I asked him too.”

“I thought this place was really nice until it took me nearly 2 hours to get my nails done. I wanted short nails as I'm in the health care field and simple design. It took nearly TWO hours. They were eating and drinking while doing nails. They used the same files and drills back to back on people, not even cleaning anything. My nails started to come off on the same day they were done! And I payed them 100$! Including the tip! Not going their again and I don't recommend. They don't even show there certification on the walls and they don't even dress properly, some wore pajamas!”

“I always have such a great experience here! The pedicures are amazing, and the massage is actually long enough to relax instead of feeling rushed. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and they always do a great job. One of my favorite things is that they actually remember you. They ask about your family, remember conversations from past visits, and make you feel like more than just another customer. It’s such a friendly, comfortable place, and I always leave feeling pampered. Definitely one of my favorite nail salons!”

“If the nail design is too complicated for them to do, you should not do it. Tell the customer that you are not able to make that kind of design. The first picture is what I asked for the other three are what I got. The acrylic nails themselves are beautiful well done great shape!”
