“I came here for a full set and was really happy with how the acrylics turned out. The shape was exactly what I wanted. They really know what they’re doing when it comes to shaping and working with powder, just talk to them what you want. One small tip, I’d recommend just showing up and asking how long the wait is. It seems to work better that way. Btw I like my nails”

“Just be ready to wait and when they say 30 min expect over an hour. An appt doesn’t matter. You will be next in line is all that means. So far everyone that has done mine and my teens nails does an ok job. Pedicures are good. Not the BEST but not bad.”

“No Insurance Coverage. Refuses to Pay Medical Bills for injuries. Kim’s employee mopped the floor on 6/24/21, while I was getting a pedicure. No one put out wet floor signs or informed me the floor was wet. I did not see them mop. Once my pedicure was finished, Tommy told me to walk to the drying station in the flimsy flip flops he put on my feet. I took about three steps and my feet slid sideways out from underneath me. I did complete splits. I severed two ligaments in my right knee and tore two ligaments in my left knee. The meniscus is shredded in both knees. Kim has no insurance and refuses to pay my medical bills. She told me, “I no pay. I send money to Vietnam to support family.” I have been wearing leg braces on both knees for two months. I most likely will be in braces a couple of more months and then need surgery. Know if you go to Kim’s and get injured or contract a fungus or they burn your nail beds, you’ll be paying for all your own medical bills. Be safe and find a different place to have your nails done or you could end up in my predicament.”

“Friendly staff and attention to detail. These pictures were taken a week after my manicure and pedicure. I also got my eyebrows waxed. It was a relaxing afternoon and a great price.”
