“Rough as hell removing acrylics, picked the color I want (a see through pink) proceeds to add multiple layers to make it no longer see through. By the time I tell her it’s not the color I picked she tells me I should’ve told her something… huh? I showed her what color and on top of that, it was one of YOUR swatches. Application is 3/10, now that I think about it, she saw a bubble in my nails while painting it and just left it like I wouldn’t notice. Now I noticed $50 for a no chip and acrylic removal”

“Updated review May 11, 2026: Ugh. It’s so hard to find good help. Today was my last time here. So many things went wrong. When I made my appt, I confirmed multiple times I wanted it with Tina. The appointment was not with Tina. She wasn’t doing anyone else’s nails when I got there—she directed me to the last station and eventually someone else walked in and she started working on her nails. This has happened to me multiple times over the last 7 months. An elderly lady did my nails, with whom there was a big language barrier. She hurt me multiple times, broke two of my nails in the process, and then charged me to fix them. On a third nail, she put on a fake full nail and made it a lot wider than the rest of them—like a chiclet. Tina then took the baton to paint my nails after seeing my frustration (she didn’t intend to paint them—she had brought over the nail color and set it down at the other lady’s station). I asked her to do one more coat on my nails because the color was thin and splotchy, and she said she would have to charge me. No thanks. The last time I was here she literally raised her voice at me because I was indecisive about my color and asked her opinion: “just pick color!” Excuse me, I’m a grown woman, don’t raise your voice at me—particularly at a paying, repeat customer. You must be insane. The nail experience used to be pampering but now it has been ruined. They literally charge you an arm and a leg and treat you like garbage in the process. I’m over it. — Original review c. October 2025: Just came here yesterday in dire need of a fill and broken nail repair, and they took me in for a last minute appointment right away. I am so blown away by the quality of my nails that I was compelled to post and rave about Tina. I am really particular about my nails and usually have to pester my tech about “this, and that,” but not this time. I have been in search of a new nail tech because I was told my guy “moved back to China.” I’ve been to so many people in the time since; it’s exhausting trying to find someone that is nice, detail-oriented, and charges you transparently. So unless the nails don’t hold up in the meantime, I fully intend on returning here and hopefully making this my regular spot. The salon is also nice and well maintained. I’m mad I snoozed on this place to be honest. It’s close to home for me, and my neighbor recommended it to me years ago. I should’ve listened to her.”

“I have been a costumer for atleast the last two years and today I went in for a fill in and pedicure. I decided to get the $38 deluxe pedicure but towards the end I decided no polish. I went to pay in cash the women who sits first asked why wasn't i tipping. Her exact words " no tip for her" very loudly i didn't get everything I should have with the pedicure so I felt no tip was needed regardless very tacky and unprofessional won't rerurn.”
