“Definitely disappointed...!!! The previous Thursday, I asked for a semi-permanent gel manicure, which did not last for a day, on Monday I went to be retouched, but it did not last for two days.... I lost money and time and, above all, I came out with nail pain because in less than 4 days they were filed and polished, leaving them weak and fragile nails...!!!”

“I’m really disappointed with my experience. This isn’t my first issue here—I’ve had to have a previous service fixed before, and unfortunately it happened again. I had to ask for my pedicure to be redone because the polish was streaky, see-through, and messy. Even after it was fixed, the service felt rushed and my feet were barely scrubbed, which is a basic part of a pedicure. The nail polish was so uneven still even after fixing it. My manicure was also poorly done. The polish came out streaky, and the technician did not use a proper base coat. I overheard her ask for one, and when she was told there wasn’t any, the owner asked if she needed it. She laughed and said “no, it’s okay,” and then used a top coat as the base instead. This is not proper technique, and my polish is literally peeling off like children's nail polish. In addition, my cuticles were done dry without soaking or proper prep, which made the overall result look rough and unfinished. Overall, the quality, consistency, and professionalism were lacking. After multiple disappointing experiences, I won’t be returning.”
