“This review is specifically about Hieu’s service. I had been a long time customer of his but took a break due to his customer service and attitude problems. I came back today to give it another try because he is skilled but it was a big mistake. To start off the session, he doesn’t even say hello or any sort of greeting. We had a misunderstanding on color and design which is not a big deal and happens. But he got very upset and was talking back very aggressive. And it’s not a matter of language barrier, it’s his tone and body language as well. he stood up over me started barking at me like I was a child. I also saw him be very rude and disrespectful to an elderly lady who was trying to sort out something with another nail tech. You should not be in the service industry if you think it’s appropriate to talk to women like that. Have some basic level of human decency and learn how to interact with women like a normal person. He is skilled in his craft but it’s not worthy of being disrespected like that. I’d recommend going across the street to Inspire Nail bar and paying an extra $10 for better service.”
