“I wish there was an option to give 0 stars bc I went here and Randy worked with me and was absolutely terrible. Got my nails and toes done by him and he treated me like a rag doll, the way my hands were positioned and pulled on and treated while being there was so disrespectful and when I asked for him to be more polite and instead of doing so he switched and had a lady work on me instead!(she did an amazing job btw and was so nice) I have never been treated like this so ofc I had a bit of an anxiety attack bc I felt bad even saying anything in the first place but then when I finally do and get treated like that even tho I simply stated I was uncomfortable and not enjoying the way I was being treated is js so rude and makes a person so uncomfortable . The aggressive scrubbing on my legs and feet when getting a pedicure made it NOT enjoyable at all, paid $155 on what was supposed to be a relaxing day to treat myself n got a shitty experience out of it instead. I rarely ever get to treat myself and when I get to and have this experience it ruins wanting to do things like this for myself. P.S my nail fell off a week later while I was simply scratching my face.”

“I went here yesterday with my daughter, I spent $155+ and they RUSHED my service. My pedicure was HALF done, all they did was soak my feet in hot water and literally rub lotion on my legs, then laid a hot towel on my legs so long the towel got cold and my legs got itchy. I had to take the towel off myself. I went like a hour before closing so maybe that was the reason for the RUSHING. My nails are HORRIBLE. Some were filed down too much and the thumb nail on my right hand gets tangled in my hair anytime I rub my fingers through my hair due to the uneven filing. I also have polish on my skin on my feet. 0/10.. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR BLACK PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!”

“Hannah is amazing when it comes to nails… they last and are beautiful!!! I have never had any issues with them staying on like I usually do. I am a cosmetologist and my hands are always in water. These are just finished by Hannah and I’m obsessed with them!! All of my girls have had their nails done by other manicurist in the salon and each of them are amazing! I love this place!! Hands down worth every penny!!!”

“The 1st pic is what I asked for but the others are the nails I got. I’m so disappointed I spent 80.00 on these to have my nails look like this. I had so many people recommend this nail salon to me just to be disappointed. I requested Mimi when I booked online and got a man that did mine I get he may not be good at doing art but he kept showing Mimi what I wanted and she said she could do it but at the end she never did it the guy did. I definitely won’t be back I’ll go back to my original nail tech in Shreveport. I was hoping this salon would work out since it’s right down from my home. I seen others say they acted racist so hopefully that’s not the case with me because I’m indigenous “Native American”. I sure hope it wasn’t because of my weight because I am a big girl. They did my friend’s (Caucasian friends) nails perfect she had no problems just me. I wasted 80.00 on something I had to go home and spend more money to redo myself.”
