“The salon is super cute and the staff are all very friendly and kind. I like that the pricing and service options are all clearly listed on the website. The appointments themselves feel rushed and lack attention to detail (filing, clean up, etc). I was particularly disappointed when I came to get my nails done for my wedding. The Dazzle Dry selection was very limited and I had a hair in the polish of one nail. I pointed it out to the tech and she tried to buff it out but it did not fix it. I left with 3 hairs on one nail, lifting, and air bubbles. I came with a group that day and some of the other people had imperfections too like dents or rough edges.”
