“Very accommodating for my last minute walk in. My provider was David. Very thorough with his work and the service did not feel rushed even though I'm sure he was eager to leave for the day. My Spa Pedicure looks great I will be back for sure!”

“I had a pretty disappointing experience at this nail salon. When I came in, I was expecting to get a fill because I had just gotten my nails done somewhere else. However, I noticed that they use a different procedure than the place I originally went to, so they said I would need a full set instead. At first they said they wouldn’t charge me the full price since I didn’t realize the difference. A full set there costs $75, so I assumed the price would end up being around $50–$55 like they implied. However, after they finished, I wasn’t happy with how the nails turned out. I’m not a confrontational person, so I didn’t say anything at the time. When I went to pay, the total was still $75. They said the reason was because the small polka dot design cost an extra $20, which was never clearly explained beforehand. I felt uncomfortable arguing about it in front of everyone, so I just paid and left. Later, my mom went back in to explain that I wasn’t happy and asked if they could at least refund the money for the design. Overall, it felt misleading and unprofessional. Clear communication about pricing and better customer service would have made a big difference.”

“Olivia did my nails today and she did a fantastic job! I had over a month of grow out on my nails and she was very meticulous in filling them and shaping them. She regularly asked if I liked the length, color, and shape. I have been to miracle many times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Staff are also kind, help me pick out colors, execute designs beautifully, and it’s reasonably priced. The only thing I will say is because they are so detail orientated, prepare to be here for at least an hour. She also waxed, plucked and trimmed my eyebrows and I am very pleased with the result. “I would rate this a 5 star nail salon 💅 I get my nails done here every two weeks and have no chipped nails and they are very good at fun designs. The service is wonderful. My daughter got the Halloween nails and they look great. The attention ti detail from Emma was amazing. I got the brown with white polkadots and they are so pretty. The staff cares and it shows”
