“The staff was very kind, and I initially loved how my nails looked after my fill. However, it’s only been two weeks, and I’ve had multiple nails chip and fall off. During the first week, I had to go back to have three nails repaired (one of which had already been repaired from my previous set and was brand new). Since then, another repaired nail has fallen off, another nail has chipped, and I just don’t have time to keep coming back for repairs. The nails that pop off don’t feel filed down enough where the nail was filled which I think is what led to so many lifting. I was also disappointed that the repaired nails have very rough edges, and my cuticles were cut during the appointment. For the price, I expected my nails to last much longer. I’m genuinely sad to be writing this because the staff is so friendly, and I really wanted to have a better experience. I just hope the quality and durability can improve to match the pricing. Here’s some of the pictures of the damage, only recent of the one coming off as I’ve only had damage on the right hand until now. But that’s the original nail chip and that’s the same nail that chipped now after being repaired.”

“I always take my chances as a drop in, which works out for me 90% of the time. Sometimes I need to wait a few minutes and other times I might need to try again another day. But I'm always greeted by someone willing to work with my schedule. They have a lot of skilled technicians available who are friendly and willing to meet your needs.”

“Honestly I wish I could give a better review but i dont treat myself very often and did for my engagement pictures. Some of the workers were nice but I’m very upset with my nails and getting overcharged to where they had to put money back into my account. (If I wouldn’t have called they would have kept what they overcharged me) First I started by asking if different colors would cost more (because I was going to change my inspo if so no problem) I was told no. I ended up getting charged for each color after being told no, there was acrylic all over my skin making the nail extend out past my actual nail, some nails are extremely rough to the touch, there’s either acrylic or gel one all over my cuticles(growing out is going to pull my skin cause of this) I have a few cuts around my nails from her drilling so close to my skin. I jumped a few times from it hurting and she continued to do so. I then paid 70 dollars and realized that was way too much to call and ended up being over charged.. very unhappy.”

“I’ve gone here twice and both times my nails lasted less than a week. The first time they lasted 4 days, today I come in thinking I’ll give them one more chance. Not only has my nail broke (less than 2 hours after I left the salon) but they were extremely unhelpful over the phone and condescending just now. I can’t drop what I’m doing to come back and get my nails fixed and I can’t call out of work tomorrow for a 30 min fix, and I get an attitude from whoever picks up the phone as if I’m the problem? Aside from my nails breaking, today’s set was awful. I said something 3 different times but it doesn’t matter. $50 and an hour and a half of my time wasted. I also see I’m not the only person complaining about the way they do nails or treat people here. 0 stars if I could and definitely will never be returning. Edit to add: since writing the review the gel nail polish they charge you $15 extra for, has already begun peeling off my nails! ❤️ literally the worst nail experience I’ve ever had.”
