“A friend recommended MI Salon on Baldwin Rd for a pedicure. My appointment was at 4:30. I arrived at 4:23. Was in the chair at 4:30. It was 5:45 before anyone came to me. I had on gel polish, so they treated them and came back at 6:00 I received a text at 5:30 that said, “Please tell us how you feel about your visit today.” I hadn’t even been seen yet!! I sat in the chair for 1 hour, 15 minutes before being seen, and didn’t leave until 6:45! It wasn’t even a great pedicure. I had to ask for more polish because there were streak marks. The lady doing my pedicure patted my leg towards the end and said, “You waited a long time.” Not acceptable! I will not return!!”

“I highly recommend Taylor. She does great ombré nails. She takes great care and really gives the costumer what they want and a great experience. The second picture (green background) is from today. I am absolutely in love with them! Third and fourth picture from this past Friday! Love this pink ombré with chrome! Most recent pictures from Thanksgiving and Christmas. 12/30/24 - just got these for the new year! Thank you Taylor!”

“Each time we have gone I have made an appointment. I’ve blocked out more than enough time for my pedicure and nails to be done and each time, I never get to get my nails done due to poor time management skills. The work they have done on our pedicures were great. So no complaint there. I just REALLY wanted to get my nails done and haven’t gotten there yet. UPDATE: I got my nails done there today. As expected I LOVE THEM! They are my favorite nails I’ve actually ever gotten :) however it still was an hour past my appointment time. The quality is amazing but expect to be there much longer than you think.”

“We went here one day because a nail place couldn't get us in, even though we had appointments. We stopped here and the very friendly person at the counter took us right in without an appointment. Very impressed! Cute place. Very nicely decorated and super clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They always remember me. I highly recommend! Go for the deluxe pedicure. You won't be disappointed!”

“Brand new nail salon, very nicely decorated and clean! They have a ton of colors to choose from. The staff was very friendly and nice I was a walk in and they got me right in for a dip manicure. I tend to be picky because I don’t like when the dip is too thick and it changes my nail shape. Hannah did an excellent job going around the edges to keep my shape like my natural nail. She covered all the edges and even the ends so the top coat will not wear off; a lot of nail techs miss this part. The person next to me also seemed very detailed so I don’t think you can go wrong trying this place out. I will be back!”
