“My first time buying tanning sessions since I was a teenager, and I was excited to have found Ultimate Tans in Millsboro. I went in to buy 5 sessions at level 1. The employee that waited on me made a mistake in the computer and put me under level 2, which is a stronger bulb. I asked her before I left if she had fixed it, and she said she had to leave a note for the owner to have it corrected. The next two times I went there two different people said they would leave a note for the owner. Once again I just went in there and of course it’s still not corrected, and instead of calling me the owner told the employee that it was what I asked for and it wasn’t their fault when clearly it is. Just make sure you pay close attention to the employees that they putting the correct information in because if they make a mistake, it’s your money.”

“This place is by far the best tanning salon I’ve been to. All the workers are very nice and helpful. Clean beds and great atmosphere. I was in today to get a free tan they offered for customer appreciation. While I was in, I put my name in for a drawing and I won! Free pedicure. Overall just a great place”
