“I had the absolute worst experience at this salon and will definitely not be returning. I went in for a standard manicure, Gel-X removal, and a new set of Gel-X nails with an ombré design, and left completely frustrated and in pain. I paid nearly $90 for this service, which is absolutely outrageous given the terrible quality and lack of care. From the start, communication was incredibly difficult. My technician, Rose, spoke very little English and needed an interpreter just so I could explain what I wanted. Once we got started, it became clear she did not know how to perform a proper manicure or clean cuticles. She rushed through everything haphazardly, showing zero attention to detail. She cut my natural nails crooked, filed the extensions completely crooked (which I had to point out to her), completely butchered my cuticles, and even cut my finger. Nearly all of my fingers were left burning and bleeding. The entire process was incredibly messy. Rose flooded my nails with a ridiculous amount of adhesive before placing the extensions, leaving all kinds of sticky glue residue all over my hands. Worse, she never cleaned off the residual acrylic dust. Because she skipped that step, all of that dust got trapped directly into the nail polish they applied, leaving my final nails covered in ugly little specks and bumps. She also completely misunderstood the color requests, messing up the polish repeatedly. I lost a massive amount of time sitting there getting increasingly irritated, though I tried my best to keep my composure. Things only improved slightly at the very end when her sister stepped in to do the ombré color. However, by that point, the damage was done—my nails were burning and in so much pain that they hurt to the mere touch. To top it all off, the quality was completely non-existent. A nail chipped after just one day, and by the third day, an entire nail broke completely off. Spending nearly $90 to have Rose injure my hands, cover me in glue, file everything unevenly, and have the set fall apart in days is completely unacceptable. A terrible, painful experience all around. Save your time, money, and your nails, and go somewhere else.”

“These nail techs are absolutely amazing. I love Sandy and Rose, they both care tremendously to learn you, the designs you like, and the needs you have. For example, Sandy and Rose made my acrylic nails thicker because they learned that my daughter plays rough and I broke two nails!! This was my 3rd visit and they remembered me by name and by my needs. They get busy but the wait is worth it. I’m in love with this place. AND YOU CANNOT BEAT THEIR PRICES.”

“I come here all the time to get my nails done, and I always see Tiger. I like the whole salon because it’s clean and all the employees are friendly, they have free water bottles for customers and the service is always fast. I always get long nails with designs and gems and the prices are very good. They have every color you need and every type of polish too. My nails always last a very very long time, I’ve never had an acrylic break or come off, even if I don’t come back for more than a month my nails will still be on very securely. I use Pinterest to find inspiration for my nails, and when I show Tiger the design I want he always copies it perfectly. They have plenty of gems and little rhinestones to do more complex designs.”
