Luxury Nails

“My daughter went to go get her wedding nails the day before her wedding and she was treated absolutely terrible. She had gotten this nail design before at the same place but with a different person and she was so excited to go get the same design. She found out that the person who did the design the first time was off and wouldn’t be back until the day after her wedding so she let someone else try to do it. He sits in chair #9 saw the design and immediately told her she needs to go longer which she doubled down and said no she wanted the length in the picture nothing else was said again until he started doing the design. He didn’t do the design like she wanted so she asked if he could redo it a little bigger on one nail and he took the design off and told her she can do a plain nail. She stated she still wanted the design and he shrugged and said well I can’t help you and told her to come back another day. She said she couldn’t come another day and when asked if someone else could do the design he said we’re busy so if not another day oh well. She started crying and he just Put clear gloss on her nails and walked away. When he came back he said so are you ready to pay. Another nail tech stepped in and helped her get the design and gave her a tissue. So thank you to lily but no one should ever go to his station with how rude and uncaring he is.”
