“We have been loyal customers to this nail salon for several years. We have been going here because it’s convenient, no appointment necessary. Today was a very disappointing experienced and I think that people should be aware of the non transparent up sale that occurs here. Today my daughter and I sat down for our usual service and we were told they were charging 3$ a person to cut nails. When I asked the manager about this she said they were charging extra to cut nails and that they had been doing it for over a month (which isn’t true) and there wasn’t any communication about this up front. I would have expected as loyal customers that she considered waiving the fee this time considering we had already sat down. After speaking with her she said it is what it is and that she doesn’t care how loyal we are. I considered contributing with the service and not tipping but this seemed unfair to the staff as this is a management issue. I will not be coming back which is unfortunate because I liked this place. And they had already started our service so we left with our nails looking really bad. Had I known this when we walked in I would have chosen to go somewhere else.”

“Really disappointed! I had been going to this salon for mani and pedis for about a year now and was very disappointed last weekend when I made reservations for both myself And my daughter. Once we arrived, we waited for about 10 minutes. We were seated next to each other for a pedicures. My daughter's pedicure was started right away. We selected just the basic pedicures which may have been our first mistake.? It was the fastest pedicure I've ever seen in my life. Probably scrubbed her feet with the loofah for 10 seconds maximum! Very rushed. I sat with my feet in the water for the entire time she had a pedicure. Water was cold. Asked it to be heated up they heat heated it up. I waited another five minutes and then another person came up, saying he'll be right there. He never returned and went and helped someone else instead. My daughter's pedicure was completed and she was 75% done with her manicure by the time someone started on my pedicure. It was the fastest pedicure I ever had-Scrub my feet for maximum of 10 seconds-My lady was very rough-Her name started with a Y. I wish I could remember her name, but she was very rough and very rushed. And then came my manicure by the same lady, Very rough I had to pull my fingers away a few times! A rush manicure I chose dazzle dry. The ironic thing about this is although it was busy when we got there by the time I had gotten to my manicure both our seat seats at the pedicure station were empty. Of course, my daughter had been done with both her pedicure and manicure about a half an hour before I was. It was a special occasion meant for us to share together, and then ended up, turning into quite a disappointment. I paid very good money to have our basic pedicures and Dow a dry manicures and the service was very poor. I always recommend To come here by a friend When I relocated to this area. When I started coming here a year ago, the service was much better. But this poor experience was enough that I will not return. My daughter asked me not to make a scene at the salon, so I saved my remarks for this review.”
