“This was my first time at Luxe Nails & Spa. I’m sensitive and have had some bad salon experiences over the years. Ken was kind and gentle and listened when I told him the electric file hurt. He talked me through it like my dentist does—“one at a time,” “almost done,” “halfway there.” It made a big difference. My pedicure was carefully done too. When I said the water was cold, the technician drained it and started over. She even redid one toe because she wanted it to be perfect. I appreciated the care I received, and my nails and toes look lovely! One tip: bring cash or expect to pay a credit card fee.”
