“Self-important, money grubbing management - they prioritize their time by charging a fee for a missed appointment - even if they fill the spot immediately, which would be fair perhaps, except they’re late in meeting their appointments 80% of the time and you’re waiting 15-30 minutes after your scheduled time. But, it’s a “fancy” overpriced place to get your nails done in Brownsville, if that’s your thing. And the nail techs are pleasant.”
