What people are saying

“I went in for a full set, I saw a set on their Instagram page that made me want to go give them a try I normally go somewhere else but the set i saw posted on their Instagram page was really nice and I wanted to get it, when I get there I showed the Instagram post to the receptionist who was super friendly and I asked if the girl that did those nails was there she said yes she went back to talk to one of the girls and came back said wait 15 min so I did. I think she must've misunderstood and thought I asked if there was someone that could do that design but what I had asked was for the lady that did the design in the picture on the the Instagram page. But it was ok once I sat is when I realized the lady doing my nails was not the same one I asked her if she's the one that did those nails she said that she can do it but she did t even know what color was the one from the picture and didn't seem so sure. But I still gave it a chance, it took 3 hours for her to do the nails which was a lot longer than I normally take and the design was not the same. Then when it came time to pay it was $105 which was not the price she had originally said which again maybe their was confusion or misunderstanding in communication. The price would've been fine if I would've gotten the nails I had asked for by the end I was too tired aftersitting for 3 hours that I just wanted to pay and go home. The nail tech Hannah was very nice, but unfortunately I just didn't leave there happy with the nails. I think when you guys post on your Instagram you should post the name of the technician that did the nails so people know who to ask for. I was disappointed and unfortunately I don't think I will be back but just thought you guys should know and give the suggestion of posting the name of the nail techs that do the designs on your Instagram posts. Thank you.”

“I’ve been in many nails spa around San Diego and I must said this salon is my favorite. They are so nice and gentle. Products are good quality. I love the massages they give when I take my pedicure and manicure together.”

“My experience here was basically painful. The nail tech was agressive ( I don't remember her name sadly). I got an overlay, but my nails were left as thin as paper and few of them broke from the corners after she "cleaned" them from under. I Might aswell should've put fake ones on.”

“Amazing service! I have attended this salon twice already, and I have loved my nails at the end of each trip every time! As I waited for my nail tech to meet with me, it was quite a wait but the front desk woman sat down with me and struck up a chat really highlighting their hospitality. These nails were for a formal dance and my nail tech, Lynn, was patient and attentive with me. She thoroughly took her time on my nails and really transformed them into the inspo photo I showed her to the T. I was the last customer and accidentally made her stay overtime as she continued to add and perfect my nails to my likeness, replicating them exactly like my photo which I did not even expect her to do! I 100% recommend her and this salon.”
