“I had such a great experience with Vicki! She is incredibly sweet, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and my pedicure turned out beautifully. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job and making her clients happy. If you’re looking for someone who is kind, professional, and does excellent work, I highly recommend booking with Vicki. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Use to be a fan of this nail salon but haven’t been in years because of friends telling me the service has gone down tremendously. Anyways I stopped in for a dip manicure because I got 10% off . Well… Hellen wasn’t that great she was hurting me and even cut my finger with the nail drill. She almost did it to my other finger until I stopped her and complained . So she gave me 5 dollars off . Okay now here is where the bigger problem comes in … all I got was a dip manicure and yes they had to remove gel off . But with the 10% off + including 5 dollars off .. how is it 54 dollars? Like that’s insane and when I called today she couldn’t give me a straight answer . I just don’t recommend this place . Not good service for price at all.”

“My first time at Lux and I will definitely return. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. My total was $115. My nail artist was Sam and he did phenomenal! My natural nails are small so most nail salons try to pressure me to get nail extensions, but Sam didn’t. He actually took his time and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I can’t speak on the other artists. I will definitely be requesting Sam at every visit.”

“Would not recommend if you want to get a basic manicure. Was there for 2 hrs. Could not complete a basic manicure to save their life. Started with getting polish everywhere & when they asked if I liked it I said no, it’s smeared everywhere. Then told me it wasn’t going to be perfect. Proceeded to tell me that gel was better to try to change my decision. Went to dry & he checked them & smeared them while checking. Went to redo my nails bc of that & told me that if I would have gotten gel it would dry faster. I’m sorry, but don’t offer manicures if you can’t successfully give one.”
