What people are saying

“This has become my favorite place to go. Lucy is my nail tech and she goes above and beyond for her clients. She does a fantastic job every single time. Her personality is great! Shes very friendly and easy to get along with. She’s funny, and she’s become my friend.”

“I had the best experience for my first time going. Naren girl you did your thing, from the pedicure to the acrylics!! 10/10 recommend!!! I will definitely be coming back”

“I really can’t recommend this place what so ever. My fiancé and I decided to treat ourselves to the lounge pedicure and I added gel polish with chrome. The pedicure itself was so rushed that we would’ve been out of there in 30 minutes if it weren’t for my polish. I thought buying the upgraded pedicure meant they would be thorough and do a good job, but I was very mistaken. The “massage” was rubbing some lotion on our feet for 2 minutes and each of us some how got different treatments (I got mask and no scrub and his was the opposite) even though we asked for the same pedicure. As if this wasn’t enough 3 days after the pedicure the polish has already come off 2 toes. This was a complete waste of money and not once did we feel like a valued customer. I could maybe understand if we were walk ins, but even with an appointment this is what you can expect. I will not be returning here and cannot recommend this nail salon at all! Update: Vee the owner reached out to apologize for the services and wanted to make it right. We went back and were much happier with the services we received.”

“I usually love this place but today just really made me upset especially with Christmas coming up. I went in today at 9:30 to get my nails done. I had to work at 11:30 and I let the guy know like I’m a little bit in a hurry, but I just wanna a basic French tip And he was like OK I’m gonna do bubblegum pink and white and I was like I’m a little nervous about the pink because my skin is a darker skin tone and when they do those light pink it kinda looks weird. He just trust me trust me so he gets out this Tool so that he can do the French tip with acrylic instead of just nail polish and he does a huge DV and I’m like I’m not really sure like I really just wanna basic. I like thin lines for my French tip. He’s like well. I’ll just do one finger to show you how it is it takes like 15 minutes to do one finger by this time, I’m nervous about going to work so I’m like OK fine just like do it so he takes a very long time to do my both hands. It is now 11 at this point. I’m nervous. I’m worried he’s taking his time Then he starts painting with white paint over the French tip acrylic I’m in a rush. I hurry I leave and then I look at my fingers and it’s a very visible line and it looks terrible and I paid $106 which he did not tell me it was going to be more than a regular full set because he did the white and pink acrylic. And on top of that, I can’t go back to get it fixed because I have to work the next two days and then I’m leaving to go home for Christmas so basically I’m stuck with messed up nails that were grossly expensive.”

“i’ve been coming to this location for a bit now after a friend showed it to me. The time before last i had a good experience other than constantly being asked if i wanted to do Gel X when my appointment check in said i wanted Dip. Not even 24 hours after i got my Dip nails done they began to look worn or not shinny. This past time i went the same thing happened but it looked like the top coat didn’t get applied right causing lines and ridges (that i can feel they are not just visible) on my nails, as well as my nails were so thin that one of them broke while i was folding laundry. The part that was most upsetting was that i wanted the round shape and after being asked again repeatedly (for my 2nd visit) if i wanted to do the Gel X and said no, my tech told me that the almond shape would look good on my nails… to shorten the story up i wanted round and got almond + a $10 up charge for a shape i didn't even want (why charge or almond and not for round?) I get that they probably want to advertise services like Gel X or different shapes but it has honestly came across like they are trying to get more money out of me.. if it’s going to be an up charge then the tech should always tell the customer… and i’ve read the other reviews so i know this isn’t a one time thing. i paid 80 + dollars that most importantly weren’t what i wanted. i called about the broken nail and scheduled an appointment 1 day later and when i arrived for the repair the tech was bouncing back and forth between me and another customer (i made an appointment and showed up on time), she fixed my nail as fast as she could and now that one nail looks shorter and thicker than the others, not to mention she wouldn’t look at my other nails when i asked why the top coat turned out the way it did. so i guess what it has come down to for me is there are other places i can spend $80 or less for my nails and get better service… everyone at this location has always been nice but no mater the price the service shouldn’t look like this. ** last pic is with UV light my friend that is a nail tech told me to do this to see the glowing top coat and missed spots **”
