“I had such an incredible spa day at Lotus, thanks to a surprise from my husband, and I can’t recommend it enough. From start to finish, the entire experience felt thoughtful, relaxing, and truly rejuvenating. My manicure and pedicure with Kang were wonderful—so detailed and relaxing, and my nails turned out beautifully. I also had a relaxation facial with Abby, and as someone with fairly sensitive skin, I was especially impressed. The products were gentle, soothing, and I had no irritation or breakouts afterward, which is rare for me. The highlight of the day was the Lotus Journey massage with Octavia. It was deeply relaxing, and the addition of hot stones and warm towels made it feel extra special and luxurious. To top it all off, lunch was catered from Johnny’s, and it was absolutely delicious—such a perfect addition to an already amazing day. All of the clinicians were incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Kang, Abby, and Octavia for an exceptional spa experience.”

“Went in for service the week of my wedding to use a gift certificate I was given. When we went to check out, they notified us that they wouldn't accept our gift card. They clarified that they had notified purchasers that gift cards would no longer be accepted, but of course this communication didn't make it to me since I was not the one who purchased initially. I enjoyed the service I was provided, but I wish someone had clarified when we checked in what method we'd be paying with to avoid the confusion - instead they let me proceed with service and I had to pay out of pocket. Seemed a bit shady.”

“Book with extreme caution. I had to miss an appointment due to a medical emergency for my child, and called them to see if I could reschedule the day before my appointment. I didn't get a call back until an hour before my scheduled appointment letting me know they'd be charging me the entire price of the service because I had missed their 24 hour notice period by a few hours. In stark contrast, the ladies at the Beauty Room downtown are an absolute delight.”
