“I have a very sporadic schedule and have always been able to walk in for service. There are some artists I prefer, but I’m not overly picky as I understand I walked in to be seen. The accommodations are always appreciated & a fill gets done in 45min-1hr depending on design.”

“These nails salons are really losing the plot. I’ve been here a few times. My niece is in town and wanted to get her nails done so she went in with an inspo pic asking for a price. The receptionist wasn’t able to give her answer (which is crazy to me because they should at least be able to offer a starting at price), nevertheless, after waiting around she said a guy finally came to the front and said it would be $80 or $90. The pic was a short almond french set with polka dots!!! Ok your price is your price, but the customer service should match! I hate that they always make up a price which is why we wanted a price before starting service! Like I’ve mentioned, I’ve been here a few times and prices are never consistent and the work/customer service is subpar. Saving our money and will start looking for alternatives options.”

“I requested a no chip manicure and was serviced by an older lady who was stationed second from the sink area (all the way in the back from the front).I was given a half ass mediocre service from the lady, she was rough after, I requested several times she be mindful of my cut and she continued to do as she pleased. The nails were blotchy and bubbly and just overall not worth 36-40 dollars. I came in the next day to get them fixed and she continued with her roughness, this time it was very clear she was moving with an attitude as if this isn’t her job. My nails after being fixed became super sensitive and my pointer finger chipped in the corner and has never grown back I wish I wouldn’t haven’t gone here protect your peace, health, and money by not going here. “Sovanna did an amazing Job with my pedicure was Pleasant to speak with she asked me what I needed done, and I got exactly what I asked for. I also had nails from another place. I got those removed and got a perfect, French tip no chipped on my nails. They always have enough people to take care of you!!! I felt a good energy, everyone was happy. So peaceful!! She deserved the tip!!”

“loved going here, never had any complaints up until yesterday. i called to schedule an appointment with nancy as i have done for the past year just for nancy to text me that she decided not to service me anymore. when i asked why (because we have NEVER had an issue) i never got a response back. i called the nail shop and was told “she felt pressured to do my nails because she felt i never liked them and the nail techs can’t feel that way because it messes up their work” mind you, every time i got out of her chair i told her i loved them and tipped! extremely upsetting to get cut off as a client for no reason at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND”
