“Been coming here for years and charge me a different price every time for a simple gel French tip on my feet with no pedicure. Went from $25 to $28 to $35 ? They have an attitude when you don’t want a pedicure and charge what they feel like. The lady who did my toes wasn’t very nice either.”

“Date of service: Saturday 5/2/26 The clear gel pedicure didn’t even last more than 2 hours. Started chipping. I was home by 12:45. It was coming off by 2:35 (before I could even leave my house for an event). They said I could come back and get it fixed. Now, why would I do that? Gel is supposed to last at least two weeks, not two hours … let alone clear gel. Incompetent. You would think by how long it took he was doing a good job.”

“The Service is horrible here. There is a Spanish light skin lady with a nasty attitude as if she is too good to be there. I went for a pedicure and it was a bad experience with her. Lee should not hire anyone with a nasty personality. If she do not want to do feet then find another job, simple…”

“I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and I’ve never experienced anything this unpleasant until yesterday. I came in for a simple pedicure, and the technician I was assigned had one of the most disgusting, unprofessional attitudes I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I sat down, she rudely shouted “$40” at me—as if I had even asked for the price. The tone alone was completely unnecessary. It only got worse from there. She handled me aggressively, yanking my leg around and even cutting the top of my toes. That is completely unacceptable. What made the situation even more offensive was that she chose to speak about me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately for her, I did and the comments were disrespectful and completely out of line. I will never understand how someone can beg for a job and then treat paying customers like this once they have one. If you have that much of a problem doing your job or dealing with customers, then this is clearly not the profession for you.”

“My friends and I came here for a little girls’ day out and we had such a fun time. The staff was accommodating and made sure we were all seated together. We laughed, chatted, and felt completely relaxed the whole time. Each of us got something different — gel nails, dip powder, and a pedicure — and everything turned out amazing. The nail techs really listened to what we wanted and delivered perfectly. The salon is clean, stylish, and very welcoming. Prices were fair considering the high quality. We all agreed we’ll definitely be back. Perfect spot for a group outing!”
