“Such good service! Came here on vacation and I’m am super pleased with my experience🩵 If your ever in town go check them out”

“Don’t have the gentlemen. Rushed on pedi. His idea of a massage was stroking up and down as fast as possible on my legs. Didn’t even polish up to the cuticle and missing polish on sides. Terrible sloppy job. Could not understand one word he said. Place was so hot no one in there can breathe. This place won’t last long.”

“If I could give negative stars I would!!! My daughter just moved to OOB and went here and the girl that did her nails was extremely rude! Made her bleed by ripping the acrylic off and taking the real nail with it with no apology! Kept drilling while my daughter was bleeding and then finally gave her a tissue bc she caused her to bleed! She was very rude about my daughter being able to keep her regular nails with gel polish bc as we all know that’s much cheaper and she wanted the money for a full set with acrylic gel polish!! They're always about the money, you know! Anyway, AVOID THIS PLACE!!! My daughter is moving there from Georgia and dang people…..JUST BE KIND!”

““Charge what your worth” and quantity over quality is the motto of this place. The guy kept pestering me when I came in and wouldn’t leave me alone long enough to get myself together. Last time I was here, he reached over my whole body just to water a plant. He was bragging how he has over 2,000 colors. As he was doing my pedicure, instead of giving me a pedicure menu, he gave me a whole booklet of other services unlike before when it was a pedicure menu. Why would I need a whole book of prices when I’m only getting a pedicure? He told me the book was brand new, but it was filled with spelling errors. He filed over my ingrowns and left sharp edges, he didn’t even do the cuticles, he said he would the massage after the polish and he never did the massage. He gave me a discount, because he was new at doing nails. He couldn’t understand a word I said and vice Versa. Wouldn’t recommend this place. They charge a bit less but the quality of this gentlemen’s work spoke the andwer.”

“Can definitely tell there is a new change in ownership. This salon was the talk of the town and now it will be next to close its doors. Hopefully Kim, Lin or Tommy sees this and addresses the downgrade. Kim is not at the salon anymore nor gives a care in the world obviously which is why I’m guessing her husband is the “manger” A manager who does not understand a lick of English nor has nail skill set. Very unprofessional gentleman with a horrible attitude. It’s extremely freezing with no heat on whatsoever and when I was there in September, it was extremely hot with no central air. This salon has no safety certification hence the unsafe identification tags of employees. All the girls are wonderful but I will not support this business neither will my friends and family anymore especially now seeing there are no safety certification along with employees and the identification tags. Hope this get through to whoever the owner is as I and everyone can see failure.”
