“DO NOT COME HERE! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I came in yesterday with my boyfriend with the intention to get a manicure for my birthday and as soon as I walked in there were staff walking around, a few even passed by me and said nothing. I wasn’t greeted much less even acknowledged. Nonetheless I went to a lady and asked for a manicure and she sat me down with a woman with a short bob, I wish I knew her name so I could be more specific. She did a soak off on my left hand and while waiting she got started on my right. The woman doing my nails were being very rough with the nail file which I had already warned her about before she filed to the point I started bleeding, she also tried to hide the fact she cut me by placing something on the wound. I’ve also never seen someone glue gel x nails halfway down the nails for “acrylics”. My experience was terrible and I feel discriminated against, which I know for a fact I was because a white woman walked in and was greeted instantly unlike me ( a woman of color).”

“I got a gel manicure on June 5th, but it started chipping just three days later. The polish kept getting caught on things, and I was able to peel it off very easily. This is what my nails looked like by June 10th. How is that possible? Gel polish is supposed to last much longer than that.”

“Excellent pedicure by Chrissy Not sure name of who did manicure ---- HORRIBLE I filed and shaped nails myself (I have some split nails that break easily and have found it is best for me to do filing to prevent splits) I work with my hands and wash them often so cuticles are always a mess All she needed to do was cut cuticles - nothing else for her to do I pointed out issues to her a few times She argued with me about me wanting to wash my hands before polish Picture speak for her cuticle cutting.
