“The shop has really good hours, especially for people who get off work later in the day, and they do a pretty good job with nail shaping. My pedicure was honestly the best part of my visit. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as happy with my fill. The person who did my nails didn’t attempt to match the acrylic that was already on my nails and used a noticeably lighter shade instead. I didn’t realize how different it was until she had already completed one hand. You can clearly see the difference between the old and new acrylic, especially from the side and in certain lighting. I should’ve posted this review about a week ago, but even now you can still clearly see the difference in the acrylic colors, which shows how noticeable the mismatch was. I was on a time crunch, so I didn’t have the time to have them redone. I just made a mental note that I wouldn’t return for my fingernails. I do wish she would have either tried to match the existing acrylic more closely or at least pointed out beforehand that the color she was using would be different. Overall, the hours are convenient and I had a great pedicure, but I was disappointed with how my fill turned out.”

“Been coming here off and on for 10+ years. Customer service and professionalism has gone by the way side. They should remove the word Spa from their name. Nothing spa like about it. Recently went for a pedicure. It was fine. Just fine. Not worth 45 + 10.”

“I went and got a pedicure that was priced at 50 dollars. I don’t know the lady’s name who did the service but she was sweet. Now what I didn’t appreciate was when she asked if I wanted regular or gel polish. I told her regular and she insisted gel was better due to the shoes I was wearing so I agreed. I get to the counter to pay and they hit me with a 70 dollar charge stating the gel polish was an extra 20 dollar charge. She never disclosed that and I feel like it was very deceptive being that I initially told her I wanted the regular polish and the price was not mentioned”
