Lady Q Nails

“They cut my skin behind my toenails during the trim taking off MY SKIN instead of my nails. Super fast pedicure. The extra polish did not get cleaned up and left the mess on my feet. The manicure was the most painful though. 3 fingers bleeding. Filings past my cuticals and over all tearing up my hands. It really made me mad when I kept having to go and tell him that he keeps trying to do the design on the wrong fingers. I requested a whole other think then what he gave me. I didn’t quite catch a name but it was ruff. Over all super messy And so over priced. I will be sticking to tip to toe.”

“I’m very disheartened to write this review. I had gone to LadyQs one other time and thought they were a good salon. Well today I went to get my nails done for my cousins wedding. The guy who did my nails made 2 of my toes bleed when he clipped my skin. Then when he painted my fingers with gel nail polish he used the nail file after painting them to “shape” my short natural nails and chipped the polish off of 2 of my fingers. When I told him he chipped the polish, he just said no I shaped your nails. I showed him the chipped nails that he then proceeded to attempt to just cut my nail off. When I said “ow” he stopped then proceeded to use the nail file more. Very annoyed I was charged full price for a gel polish manicure when he wouldn’t fix what he messed up.”

“I went to get my nails done for the holidays and they just weren’t the best. It’s only been 2 weeks and multiple nails have just snapped very easily and i’ve never experienced that with other salons. I also got my toes done and the lady that did them filed my skin off multiple times with the electric file leaving pain and scabbing. I also paid a lot for regular nails and felt over charged for what i wanted. They were nice though and not rude but didn’t really conversate a lot. Another nail artist in there was super friendly. Maybe I just had a bad experience that day!”

“Lady Q and Jessica are my fave. They'll get you right every time. Never had a set I was disappointed w here, and they're gentle and fairly priced. Lady Q is super nice but Jessie's talented is unmatched 🫶”

“Update: I had Holly this time and she is a true artist! Really made my nails perfect and was efficient. I love this nail salon!!! Original: Sandy is the best! The spa pedicure was so relaxing I fell asleep 😄 and my acrylic nails look amazing. Seriously the best mani pedi I've ever had. My nails feel strong and look professional and exactly how I asked them to look. I'll definitely only be coming here from now on. Lot of parking also and it was very comfy inside. A lot of colors and designs and options to choose from.”
