What people are saying
“I called a couple days before and they told me that what I wanted would be $45. I go there and wait like 15 minutes and they’re taking all these people before me. Then they do my nails and when I checkout, she told me $75. I didn’t want to argue because it took almost 3 hours and was a hard ish design so i gave $100 and was going to give $5 for a tip. She gave me $5 for my change and kept $20 for herself without asking me how much i’m tipping.”
“I usually don’t write reviews but if it saves somebody their time and money! It seemed nice and they got me in quickly. I got a gel manicure and overall felt it was kind of sloppy and uneven. One of my nails there is actually a bubble/ripple and something painted underneath it.”
“I came with friends and was hopeful since the salon looked nice and clean. I had gel on my toes and was charged $5 for removal (fair), but they tried to upcharge $20 for new gel polish—making a basic pedicure $75. I declined and went with the regular pedicure for $55. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth it. The service was actually painful—the tech buffed too hard around my toes, and two weeks later I’m still sore and limping. I also have ingrown nails now from improper trimming. My feet didn’t feel much softer afterward, and they barely removed any calluses. The massage was weak and rushed. Disappointed overall, though I might consider giving it another shot with a different technician.”
“First time coming to this salon! It’s so big, it’s two stories. I got the builder gel full set and I am happy with how it turned out. I went with my friends and they were all pleased with it. They do it all here: acrylic, dip, gel, design, gel x, builder gel, pedicure, etc. I like how clean it is and even though we didn’t have an appointment k only waited like 15-20 minutes. It was definitely busy but as I was finishing up it wasn’t as busy. There were some moments of miscommmunication with pricing and what not which made me frustrated at times so I would speak to 4 workers to make sure but still in the end I guess we were all not on the same page. I understand their is a language barrier but I also am very mindful of that because I’m also an immigrant. But anyways, the quality is great, prices are fine, and everything was cleared up after I had already paid. I would come again and try out some fun designs! I really liked my tech Daisy!”
“Came here based on the good reviews. Unfortunately I had a bad experience through most of the process. My pedicurists seem kinda rude, I understand there can be a language and culture barrier, but I've been getting my nails done for years and never felt the discomfort I had interacting with my pedicurists on this visit. At first I asked for a white ombre pedicure, which I have gotten before at another place and the pedicurists told me she couldn't do it, and her delivery was very rude about it. I'm not sure if there were other pedicurists capable of doing it but that was not offered. I ended up getting a gel French tip pedicure instead. Which came out terribly. She didn't use any pink base, she just put a white tip and a top coat. The French tip lines are very uneven with each other and wonky just on the individual toes. In addition to the poor pedicure, I upgraded the pedicure service. And when I left there was still dead skin on my feet and they just overall looked terrible. I've had my feet look way better than I just get the basic service from other places. Genuinely the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. I also got a gel French manicure, the Manicurist was very friendly and kind. And did a beautiful job on the manicure! The only problem was the next day the Polish started pulling up on the sides. Normally I would have come in to get it fixed but I was leaving on a trip and had no time to do that. My service was about $130, which I totally understand I got a bunch of upgraded services. But I was disappointed in the service and quality of my nails. Normally I would let one or two go and give a place a few chances, everyone has bad/off days. I will not be coming back due to all of the issues. Included are photos of the manicure pulling up on my nails, the day I noticed it. It got much worse over the next few days. Not including photos of the pedicure, because of weird people.”
