“Alex is amazing with my nails! Nancy has done my pedicures in the past and always does an amazing job and is careful due to my diabetes. I told her one time that I was a diabetic and she always remembers without me reminding her. Everyone is so nice and polite. I would definitely recommend them”

“Came here for a pedicure..the young nail tech did NOT give a proper massage, she did not remove dead skin from my feet and when I informed her she used a scrapper on my DRY foot and now I’m in the er because I can’t put pressure on the ball of my foot. I asked to speak to a manager and SHOWED him the bottom of my foot and his solution was to ‘put cuticle oil on it’ 🤯. I agreed to pay( which I shouldn’t have because the entire purpose of a pedicure is to remove excess skin and cuticles was not performed correctly) but asked to be compensated because I was still going to have to go somewhere else and get a proper pedicure and the manager had the nerve to say they can take 5 dollars off 😒. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is terrible..run far away.”

“I didn’t get my nail techs name but she wasn’t very talkative, I would try to talk and she would give a quick yes/no response, she got a phone call while she was doing my nails and talked to them while I was sitting in front of her. I wasn’t happy with the pricing of what I got, I almost fell out. Got a New set, short pink & white and a snowflake on each ring finger and it was $75. I could understand if I had length them or design on every finger. I also understand the price of everything has gone up but this was crazy. Then expected a tip. Ive added a pic of the price list I found and tell me how full set pink n white and 2 designs adds up to $75??? According to the price list here full set pink n white is $40 and 2 designs is $3 & up. Make it make sense. If this isn’t the correct price list it needs to be updated. And needs to be posted somewhere in the shop as I didn’t see it anywhere”

“I visited LA Nails and Spa today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was assisted by an older technician whose name I didn’t get, but the quality of work was unacceptable. I repeatedly asked her to make my nails thinner, as they were shaped wide and looked unnatural—almost like big toenails. Despite my feedback, she filed them down but still left them uneven and poorly shaped. When I brought this to the attention of the staff at the front, the manager tried to offer excuses rather than address the issue. She eventually told me to sit down so she could trim my cuticles—something that should have been done during the initial service. She slightly thinned one nail but left the others inconsistent and unfinished. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and this was by far the worst service I’ve experienced. I paid full price for a rushed, subpar job and left completely dissatisfied. Sadly, it seems the quality of service has gone downhill while prices remain high. I can’t recommend this place anymore based on today’s experience.”

“KIM every single time. She is the best tech and I will go home & come back later if she’s not there. She is so helpful and will actually give you what you ask for. If you decide you don’t like it, she’ll start over. She gets it done right. Every. Single. Time. Kim would get more than 5 stars if it’d let me!!!”
