“I went in for my eyebrows and unfortunately I had a really disappointing experience. I had really nice and full eyebrows and they did the opposite of what I asked for. The shape came out uneven and took half my eyebrow! I left feeling upset instead of confident, which is not what I expected from a professional service. On top of that, the attention to detail just wasn’t there. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I want to be honest so others are aware.
