“My original experience was in December. I did return here in July to have a pedicure. When I arrived the price was $120!!! I have never in my life seen a price that high. I mentioned that and the lady just brushed me off. I actually left and went to Exquisite Nail Spa in Warner Robins. I got a full service pedicure (hot stones etc) and my gel nail polish changed WITH a tip for $85 which was less than a single pedicure at Juji! Thankfully I knew of exquisite I just didn’t really want to drive across town. I will never return to Juji! I’m now changing my rating. Original experience below: I had a great experience with Chelsea. She made the experience feel very comfortable and she was very friendly. She did a great job on my design as well. The only downside is I was there for two hours just for a fill on a full set. Typically it takes 45 minutes for a fill. The original nail tech who started on my nails attempted the design several times and wasn’t liking how it was turning out and neither was I. I saw Chelsea working next to us and asked her if she could just do it and neither nailed tech had an issue with it. They were very kind and wanted to make sure I left with nails I loved. Price was pretty standard and were not a shock which is great when getting your nails done. Overall very clean and friendly atmosphere and would definitely return!”

“I came to get a builder gel manicure and pedicure. I paid around $140. Normally, I prefer to do my own builder gel at home as I’m growing my nails out but I figured I’d get more longevity out of a professional one since I’m going out of town. The pros: the staff were very nice. The building is very clean and new. The cleanliness standards were really good which is always nice. The cons: first, from what I could see there was no pricing list. Which normally I wouldn’t mind, but I thought $140 was a little pricey for a builder gel manicure on my natural nails and a basic pedicure. They don’t provide any pedicure options so I assume they only offer one kind? I asked for the price breakdown and was just verbally told it was due to getting gel polish (fair). Which would be fine but I wasn’t super thrilled with the service. I’m not sure if they were in a rush because it was relatively empty when I came in, but they chose to do both my pedicure and manicure at the same time which led to both workers needing to manipulate my legs/arms and me turn in weird ways. It was honestly really uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. The curing lamp for my hands would slip and wobble or fall because they wanted to do it with me in the pedicure chair. Additionally, gel polish came into contact with my skin several times and was even allowed to dry on my skin. This can lead to acrylate allergies and is a huge no no. That was disappointing. The worker who did my manicure also filed my nails down very short which was really frustrating because I never discussed shortening them. I added a photo for reference of the length before I came in and the length I left with. Overall, it’s not bad but I just feel it left a lot be desired for a price point that wasn’t advertised. I just personally was not satisfied with my service.”

“I love coming here! The people are very nice. I come every two weeks and schedule with Chelsea! She is the best nail I’ve ever had! I show her a picture of what I want and she executes everytime! She doesn’t rush when doing my nails, and if I ask her to fix something she does it with getting my offended! I truely feel comfortable and always leave satisfied! “I have been going here for yearsssss. I absolutely love coming here & getting my nails + toes done. I’m always greeted when I walk in & by name, so I don’t feel like just another customer coming here. Chelsea is my favorite nail tech here, she always exceeds any design I show her or if I wanna keep it simple she knows I love my pink or French nails. I will never switch on who I use here because she treats me like a friend and not just her next client. She goes above & beyond for me and any of her other clients. She takes her time & pays attention to all the details , which I love. She’s always in good spirits and so helpful to anyone that walks in the door.
