“The operators and shop as a whole are very unprofessional. Vicky is rude and bossy. Number 4, Lena I think, never stopped talking to the other staff for the entire time she did my ped. One operator had her hoodie pulled up and was asleep in a ped chair. Another was eating at her desk. When my $200 in gift certificates was spent, I found another shop. The 3.8 stars is a lie. Half of their reviews are negative.”

“I’m new to the area so I tried this place out which was nearby. I was serviced quickly which was nice but my service was done in a rush and VERY sloppy. I showed the guy how I wanted my nails, the shape is no where near what I wanted. And he hit me with the that’s your finger line when I told him my nail was not straight. My toes he didn’t even take the previous gel off completely being that I had a French prior , he just filed the top coat cut and begin to go over it. I mentioned he was doing a fast and sloppy job and continued mind you they were not pack at all. Will never go back ever again. Terrible service. Terrible job”

“Best experience ever! Lena (table 7) did my manicure. I showed her the picture of nails I wanted and she did as it was. Vicky (chair 1) did my eyebrows and pedicure. Both were so nice, friendly and professional! I’m definitely coming back!”

“2 of my nails snapped literally in half from wiping down a table. Horrible acrylic set, horrible nail art. I’m just not good at speaking up or making someone who worked hard feel bad but I absolutely hated everything and the nails did not last for Halloween! I do not recommend this place oh and I got my lashes done lady said 2 weeks try 2 hours they started falling about by the clumps just a waste of my money I was so upset!!these pictures are only after 6 days!”
