She not only corrected a previous nail set that I wasn’t in love with, but she also made the entire experience so comfortable for me as someone who’s still fairly new to the world of nails. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer my questions, and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted without ever making me feel rushed. I ended up with a beautiful builder gel set with a design that matched what I was hoping for perfectly. “I’ve visited this nail salon twice. My first visit was with Tutu (photo 1), and my second visit was with Holly (photos 3+4). Tutu was very patient and incredibly thoughtful. Since I was using my phone during the appointment, she would move it to the other side for me whenever we switched hands, which I really appreciated. This time with Holly, I waited about 30 minutes at first, but everything went smoothly after that. She was friendly, efficient, and easy to talk to without ever feeling intrusive. I’m pretty particular about my nail shape, and she was very patient with all my requests. The results turned out amazing, and I’ll definitely come back! 💅✨”
