“NEVER have i ever been told to leave anywhere before. This was by far the most disrespectful experience I have ever had. My nails are a mess, the guy (a younger man with tattoos on his arms) rushed through them without a care in the world, theyre uneven, not even close to the same length nail to nail, and when I asked him to correct my ring finger nail because its sitting at a 45 degree angle, he grabbed his things and stormed away saying he cant help me he has to go. Literally grabbed his things and stormed away, my nails are a mess, no polish, acrylic all over my cuticles and under the nails. Then from the other side of the room, a woman comes and asks what happened. I calmly explained that my nail is sitting high and that when i asked the man to fix it he stormed away, and she actually YELLED at me! Told me its how my nails are because theyre short so the nail will be slanted upwards 🤔, and kept raising her voice, saying the nail is fine. Then she stormed back to her client. So i asked, is someone going to fix this or should I go somewhere else to have this one nail fixed. And she said, yeah you can just leave! 🙃 unbelievable, now I have to pay twice as much to have these removed and redone correctly elsewhere.”

“I had such a great experience today with Jolie. She is really nice and neat with her work. I am usually and picky about my nails and I and a Google review warrior. However, today I decided to walk in and see where it took me. Jolie gave me a gel-x set and a pedicure and did such an amazing job. She is very detail oriented and she kept checking in as she went along. She made sure to explain everything as she was doing it (within reason, of course) and was upfront about the price. I will definitely be going back, Jolie did her big one!!”

“I got my toes done 4 days ago I have lived in the area for four years and never been here. I was in a pension couldn’t get to my usual technician so I came here. That was a big mistake. I usually get a gel French it would been an extra $30 extra if I wanted that here. if I wanted that $20 for gel &10 for French ,10 to take off my gel polish. On top of the pedicure I don’t think so. So I decided I was just gonna get a regular white polish. The young lady who did my nails was nice until I started to question her But I noticed the lack of care when I had to ask her why she only painted half of my pinky toe I have a full pinky nail, so it was plain laziness Then my second toenail had broke while she was doing my toes, so she proceeded to paint it and not re-file it so it was uneven And white polish has now turned brown WASTE OF MONEY spend ur hard earned money elsewhere Polish was thick every toe is chipped $60 down the drain”
