“My nail tech Mia was wonderful. She was professional and curious and did not push additional services which I appreciated. Soft spoken and delightful. Will definitely ask for her again.”
“Giving 2-stars because the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming and my appointment started shortly after I arrived so no wait. This was my first time at this salon so I tried to give the benefit of thr doubt and some grace based on other reviews. However, I had booked appointments for my husband and I to get pedicures and then dip nails for myself with specific stylists. Neither of us had the people I booked with. Also, based on a conversation I heard Tina wasnt there at all during the time I booked. Instead of Annie & Tina we had B (thats the name he gave me) and I dont recall the lady's name that worked on my husband. We both asked for the $49 pedicures which was to come with a massage. My husband received the massage, but I did not. They both tried to pressure my husband into a manicure regardless of how many times he said no. Overall my pedicure was fine. My husband complained about some soreness on his toes after his (said he wont be returning). Now for my nails: I grew my nails out pretty long so I could get the short almond. It took a couple times of telling B this for him to understand. He kept telling me no if I shorten my nails i could only do round, but eventually he understood. When it came to nail color, i picked a light blue but and for my accent nails to be nude color with a design. He brought a color that was NOT nude and assured me it was a natural color. I brought it up several times telling him I wanted nude and that I didnt think the color was right, but kept on with the color he chose assuring me again it was a natural color. It turned out a light purple. He also drilled around my cuticles a bit aggressively causing me to bleed on one finger and my cuticles on several others to burn when he was cleaning off my nails. He apologized several times but that doesn't relieve the pain. It has been 2 days since I got my nails done and already I'm experiencing chipping in the corners. Im disappointed in quality of the service. Never have I had dip damage so quickly. I came to this salon due to the close distance compared to my original salon, but will not make that mistake again. I worry my nails won't even last long enough for the event I got them done for.”
“Just got my nails done with Aleena, she did a fantastic job. loved my experience, would highly recommend coming here”
“Went with my daughters to the nail salon and loved it. They are very friendly and attentive. Salon has wonderful staff that is polite and always making sure you have a wonderful experience. Drinks are offered anywhere from soda and tea to champagne and mimosas. Different levels of pedicure depending your preference and lots of color to choose from. Definitely love that is calm and relaxing versus sounding loud. Second time back and love it so far.”
“This was my first time going to this nail salon. The first impression I had when I walked in was it was a very nice, neat looking place. I went in with a friend and my young daughter. We started with pedicures which already was starting off terrible because when they were working on our nails it felt like it was burning through our nails into our skin. Then I had dip powder on my nails already which I’ve had them be soaked off and fingers wrapped in aluminum foil but the older guy came and started using his equipment to just take off the dip powder which again burned. Then he moved the towel which had all dust on it and it fell all over me and my daughter who is 2 years old (she was sitting on my lap). A nice lady brought my daughter chips and then in accident my daughter dropped the chips while the older man was working on my toes and he took a deep breath and rolled his eyes and whispered something which made me feel that he was saying something negative about my 2 year old who accidentally dropped the chips. I already was feeling uncomfortable due to that. After my daughter saw I had my toes in the water she as well wanted to put her feet in so I allowed her to. She saw me take my feet out and put It on the towel and so she did the same and when she did the guy got loud with my daughter and was saying no no don’t do that which I don’t see what the issue was having she wasn’t in his way of working. I did not like how he was speaking to my 2 year old. I was becoming very agitated due to that. My friend got her pedicure finished before me so my daughter went over with her and then when my daughter was laughing at videos on the phone the lady working on my friends nails kept telling my daughter she needs to be quiet she’s being annoying…that was very disrespectful to tell a 2 year old and I already wanted the service to be over with and leave. My friend was such In a rush to get out of there with my daughter the nail technician messed up on her nail design and gave her something she didn’t ask for when at least 3 different other nail techs had told her what exactly my friend wanted. Once it was finally time to get my manicure the older guy continued to be rude. Kept pulling my arm tightly knowing and seeing my daughter was on my lap. Everytime he would tug my arm it hurt and it would make my daughter be pressed against the table. He also was pressing tightly in my fingers with his nails which caused small cuts. I did tell him and he continued to be rough. While he was drilling with her equipment he kept cutting my skin. About an hour after leaving a small piece of my nail chipped off. I am very disappointed with the service and treatment I received. I brought my daughter because I have the right to do so, and I wanted a day to pamper myself but the staff made me and my friend feel like we were a bother bringing my daughter along. If this is not a kid friendly place it should be made aware. It’s not like my daughter was running around touching things. Very disappointed and regret giving this nail salon a chance. staff need to do better about their attitude and approach. The photos attached is the chipped nail (thumb) and the little red dots and redness is where the older nail technician was applying too much pressure to my fingers or cut my skin with the drill he was using.”
