“On my 1st & last visit...I received a rushed pedicure with NO clippings, buffing or filing. When I asked about what I didn't receive, I was told that they don't do that. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!”

“I just left there. I WILL NOT GO BACK!! Tech did not have anything to say to me, not ask me my name, how am I doing and she kept pulling my hand over some black prop up thing, uncomfortable, I got acrylic tips done, full set.. And I was charged $50.. I can go KT Nails on Juban & get dipped nails for that price and have conversation with Tech that is polite to me.. or Livingston Nails, I can was getting acrylic nails / polished for $35 in Livingston.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO NAIL & SPA @ Joor/Hooper Rd, by Little Caesars ever again!!!!”

“I should’ve read the reviews before I visited here. I had an awful experience. The nail tech kept yanking my hand, rolling her eyes and being so nasty to me. She rushed my nails and kept saying “move”, and not once did she make eye contact with me during my manicure. She left so much lotion on my hand when she was done. I was literally shaking because I was so uncomfortable and uneasy. She treated me like total trash, and I sincerely do not know why!! I have never in my LIFE been treated this way at a salon. I’m a pretty civil person, I made sure I paid before I asked who the owner was. Surprisingly she was. I told her I was very uncomfortable with the way she handled my hands and treated me, mentioning most of what I said above. She began defending herself and saying I wasn’t relaxing my hand and saying “I did a very good job, that’s just how YOU feel”. I didn’t argue, I simply communicated my unhappiness with her behavior, NOT my nails. That was the first time I saw her smile, but she did NOT apologize. There are TOO MANY nail salons in the Baton Rouge metro area to treat paying customers like this. This is the first time I’ve never left a tip for a manicure. 0 stars really, please choose another salon. Awful experience.”

“This was my first and last visit to the nail salon. The nail technician who conducted my pedicure service decided to give me an express pedicure. Instead of the one I selected, a deluxe pedicure with hot stones & massage. ( Niether were done) And completed ignoring what I asked of her. I've got an overlay on my big toes...asked for it to be removed. She didn't remove or refill it... just buffed it ( it is not smooth, not seamless). However, I charged for the deluxe pedicure with overlay. Leaving the salon with gel polish around my toes nail bed as well as in my foot. I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND OR VISIT AGAIN!!”

“The lady who did my nails was very nice, however she told me my nails was going to be 35$, I paid 55, thats cool if they were actually nice. Why am I taking my polish off and she not redoing them?.”
