After today, I will no longer be going back to do my nails here, I am a great customer, I come with my design and Tip nicely never a problem but their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THERE. I work too hard for my money to go where I am NOT APPRECIATED.”

“I called prior to arriving & asked for pricing & was told new short full set, almond shape, French white on white would cost $55. I then asked my tech how much it would be for regular pedicure he said $30 & $40 for gel. I decided to get the gel pedicure. The nails were done nicely but I was not happy with my pedicure as he gave me a 5-10 second massage... It was rushed!! I had asked to cut my toe nails as short as possible & I had to ask him to cut them even shorter. My cuticle was cut way too much on my big toe & I bled a little. When I checked out my tab was suppose to be $95 plus tip but on the machine it said $117 where would he even get this # from!? He then asked if I'm paying with card I said I would do half and half. I told him that was not the price quoted for both of my service and he said he told me $65 over the phone for the nails which is impossible because I repeated the price back to him!!. Bad Business you just don't get to change prices when you feel like at check out.. For $110 I would have gone somewhere where they at least give you a massage during a gel pedicure!!”

“We had an awesome experience! Louis is the best nail tech! His work is beautiful. Linda did an amazing work with our eyebrows and toes as well as Cody who did a spectacular job with the pedicure and massage.”

“I don’t get my nails done anywhere else , they do an amazing job ,very fairly priced , I always see Linda but all the techs are amazing I recently got French on my toes and wasn’t crazy about how small the white tips were. I went back and they fixed it for me no charge a now I’m in love ! Over all amazing place a they truly just want you to love your nails !”
