“This was my first time ever receiving a pedicure professionally. I really love the tech who did mine, she did an amazing job not tickling me horribly and no discomfort at all. My nails were done in a white gel, and I love it soooo much. I will definitely be going here again, maybe a manicure and pedicure next time!!! ♥︎ they take credit or debit for services upfront and you can leave a tip in cash, or venmo I think. I didn't realize this and had to come back the next day with my little tip in envelopes for mine and my daughter's services. ♥︎ (she got a mani and pedi, she's 10 and felt luxurious. ♥︎ thank you for your nice place. Oh - and wash your hands as soon as you get there, and THEN sign in”

“I was looking for a place to do a builder gel fill early on a Sunday morning and Happy Nails was one of the few places I could find with availability. I made the appointment late the night prior and they were able to fit me in first thing in the morning! Trang Vo did my nails and she was incredibly personable and very efficient when doing my nails. I recommend booking her as she listened and executed exactly what I wanted for my nails, and asked me every step of the way if I was satisfied with how it was looking. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be booking again in the future.”

“This place is my absolute favorite in the Twin Cities! It's clean, it's accessible and the team is really focused on customer experience. (I've seen *SO* many CX changes implemented since 2018 - physical space remodels, appointment booking platform migrations and Venmo tipping cheat sheets, to name just a few.) I don't request a regular stylist - because of my irregular work schedule, I tend to make appointments for the first stylist available. But consistency of service is pretty high. Once every 5-6 weeks over the course of 8 years, I've really only had two iffy experiences, both of which were totally understandable and manageable in the moment. (For the record, Philip has been the person to whom I'm matched most often, and his dip manicure work is top-notch! In fact, he's the one who introduced me to dip manicures - they have really helped my overall nail growth and strength.) I know the team has added many spa services to the menu since I've been going - I can't speak to those, specifically, but in general, I would *always* recommend Happy Nails!”
