“Made an appointment the day before. They were extremely overbooked the day of my appointment. Scheduled a luxury pedicure and fill, and kids mani/pedi. Got the most rushed pedicure. Waited until someone was available to do my fill and it looks awful. My child’s mani was completely ignored and I was told it would be a 30-40 minute because people had scheduled appointments. At this point it was almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. I said I had an appointment at 11am so they rushed a quick polish for my kiddo. I’ve been a loyal customer since they first opened years and years ago. Moved away and was excited to come back here after years of being gone. Have been a regular, every 2/3 weeks for 6 months. I’ve never experienced treatment like this before. The rushed services and poor quality are completely shocking to me. Disappointed but hopeful this won’t happen again.”
