Great Nails

“Not welcoming! Didn’t go in with crooked nails, but she made sure to cut/file them so that they would be! Tips of nails are all brush marks. Didn’t bother getting all of the previous polish off my toe. I would be fired from my job if this is the service I provided to paying customers!!”

“2nd time I've had my nails done the first time it was dirty but at least my nails came out nice this time it was so gross and my nails look HORRIBLE! I guess you really get what you pay for. The one lady had her feet on the nail station. Where I was getting my nails done she used a dirty towel with nail polish and old acrylic beads from someone else. The lotion they use isn't what's labeled the bottle said body wash and I just can't express enough how bad my nails are they are lumpy uneven and just a mess it wasn't even worth asking them to fix. There's dust and dirt everywhere you look. I really hope they clean it up and try harder they were nice ladies but that's about all I can say. I asked for chrome nails she didn't do it right they tried to fix it until I finally said it's whatever and still charged me for the chrome.”

“So have to leave my 5 star but going to 1 star and will never return, had my nails filled yesterday, so thick that they are ridiculous. The picture shown is how they fixed them. THEY WERE THICKER. NIGHTMARE. Enjoyed the whole experience, I usually view this as a chore, but was very relaxed. Pedicure for very fugly feet is night and day...Rachael didn't seem like she wanted to run away and incredibly sweet thoughtful knowledgeable helpful and gave gentle tips for healthy skin even I can do, Rachael joked and laughed with me as if it wasn't the chore I knew it was. Only wish I had done before and after pictures”

“Horrible experience!!! To make a long story short: No greeting when walking in, it was the most laziest work anyone could ever do. I still payed her it's not about the money it's about the quality for me. I definitely will not be going back or will not be recommending Great Nails to ANYONE! Please if you love getting your nails done this is not the place to go. Go to ocean nails they did a great job. And 2mins aways.”
