“Annie jumped in for Hannah when I waited until the last minute to book. Annie asked all the right questions from the technique to apply my highlights to toner to the cut, and the end result was exactly what I hoped for! Add to that, we had great conversations while I was in her chair! She’s not only a great stylist, but a great human. Also, I seem to luck out and find a parking spot out front every time, so don’t pass on Gloss because you think parking is an issue because it’s not. Go for the services but don’t pass on their yummy beverages while you’re in the chair! The customer service is always amazing at Gloss from the minute you walk through the door!”

I absolutely love her, she is always so sweet, kind and honest with recommendations on anything from color, cut or product options. All other staff I encounter while visiting the salon is pleasant and welcoming and I truly enjoy my "therapy" appointments every 8 weeks!”
