Five star nails

“My nails look amazing. However, whenever I come to this shop I feel pressured to upgrade my mani and pedi to no chip. I do not like I chip polish for myself. Today when I said more than once that I do not want the no chip service, the technician rushed through the main and pedi. I can see polish in my skin. Not cool.”

“I went here this morning for my opening appointment and had an enjoyable experience for the most part. Staff is impressionable and professional. Kathy was my nail technician for my appointment. Good conversation, a bit rough with the drill and unfortunately she forgot to color one of my nails. She had to redo one due to there being bubbles as well. really love this place although I will say my nails felt a bit rushed. :( I paid $72 for these nails”

“Mostly writing this review so I remember not to come back. Went in to get no-chip nail polish taken off and a clear coat put on and they left my cuticles jagged and the nails are unevenly filed. My pedicure is no better.”

“Today was my 4th time here. When I came in the shop, the lady at #4 was very rude and was talking over me when I tried to explain to her how I wanted my nails. I did not appreciate that and she was disrespectful to me. Then I went to the man the second seat in the front, and he did my nails wrong the first time and got mad at me when I told him that they were wrong. He did not listen to me. He did not take his time and my nails were uneven. I noticed when I left that one of my nails were slanted. I had to come back and the manager fixed them. He was nice and took care of them but his staff needs to be more polite. I only gave them two stars because the manager was nice and accommodating. However, before this I really liked the service but I will have to take my service somewhere else which is very disappointing. I will never come back and the people I recommended I will tell them my experience so they do not go there as well. If you love good quality work and great customer service DO NOT GO HERE TRUST ME!!!”

“I recently visited this salon and had an overall mixed experience. I want to start by giving kudos to the young woman who did my pedicure. She did a fantastic job, and my toes came out looking beautiful. Unfortunately, my manicure experience wasn’t as positive. I had shown the older woman a picture as a reference for a classic French manicure. However, despite the visual guide, there seemed to be some miscommunication about my request. While I understand that these things can happen, the final result didn’t match my expectations. She reluctantly offered to redo my nails, but I felt that her attitude was not very accommodating. I politely declined as I had an event to attend and didn’t have the time for a redo. Although there was some confusion, I hope this feedback helps the salon improve its services. **reference picture I shared with woman is attached”
