First Nails

“This place is absolutely horrible. The service, the atmosphere, and everything in between. I paid $300 to get my nails, Feet, strip eyelashes, and eye eyebrows done. Everything came out absolutely awful and they didn’t even care that I hated the service and I still paid $300. If you wanna pay $300 and waste your money here go for it.”

“I will only get my nails done here! I have never lost a nail, never had a bad experience. Tony and his wife Tiffany both do amazing work. I never go wrong with either one of them. You are missing out if you aren't coming here!”

“I go to this place every week i’ve been taking these vitamins and my nails and hair have been growing like crazy . Normally, when I point to the picture, they understand what I want so I didn’t think it was gonna be an issue today. Today They said OK I normally charge 75 but I’m gonna charge you 65 today. I said OK cool and I said so it’s 65 for all it is show the picture again they said yes so then when he started to put the oil on my fingers and I noticed he hadn’t completed my fingers. He’s like oh no we charge to change your shape. I get my shape change every week that I come and there’s never been an extra charge and now they’re saying oh we do it all the time. Then I tried to use Apple Pay and they’re telling me they don’t do Apple Pay when just Monday. I use Apple Pay with them. They all stuck together and kept with their lies. Active unless you speak, their language, don’t go cause they gonna lie and overcharge you”

“First off, I never usually write reviews, but I just HAD to this time. It was my first time here. I got a gel mani on Sunday… It was peeling like this by Wednesday! 3 days and my gel polish is already lifting!? That’s a first for me! I stopped here on a whim, but wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone. Not worth the price for chipped nails this quick.”

“This is not the first time I came and got my nails done here. But normally when I get my nails done, I go to two specific people and it comes out decent. This one lady I went in there and got my nails done and she did not give me what I asked for because she was being lazy and probably didn’t want to do the complete job. I wanted my nails to be completely done over and change the color, and she was forcing a fill, so I just said whatever let me just do the fill. She does the fill and it doesn’t look even. And then charges me $35 when if she were to redo it it would only have been 40. The picture doesn’t even completely justify how uneven it looks, the cameras actually helping it. But it looks like an upside down French manicure with a darker pink towards the root of the nail. I am completely unhappy and unsatisfied with my nails and will not come back again because it’s not the first time they did some foolishness like this. And then the lady lied and said I had gel nails, when I only do dip. And this message is to the owners please do not contact me to remove my review because I refuse respectfully. Also, the lady drilled my skin instead of my nail, and when I pulled my hand back, she had a nerves to laugh. She did it multiple times, and you would think that would tell someone to be cautious. And the lady who also does eyebrows, she lied and said she was going to charge my card $30 and she still charge me 35 for the garbage nails. You guys will never get my business again and I will defer everyone from going there that I know. If you want a good spot to get your nails done, go to Asia nails on commercial in the sunshine Plaza. This is right near the turnpike and the Publix for reference.”
