“Grace provides a relaxing soak & foot massage as part of the pedicure so my feet feel wonderful. She trims & shapes my nails so they look great. Grace finishes up with a flawless nail polish application so my feet & toes look great in sandals for weeks. It's also fun to discuss what movies, TV shows &/or books we're watching/reading!”

“I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt this experience was important to share. I booked a manicure and pedicure before my graduation photos and was looking forward to a relaxing spa experience after a very intense semester. Unfortunately, the quality of the nail services did not meet professional expectations. There was no cuticle or callous work done, and when I asked about cuticle care, I was told I didn’t need it. The filing was uneven and uncomfortable, and when I pointed out unevenness, it wasn’t addressed. They also ran out of polish options for both the regular pedicure and gel manicure during the appointment. My gel nails were still sticky when I went to check out, although they did fix that. Even after curing, the polish application was uneven, messy, and on my skin. I was told it would “wash off in a couple days.” The nail station itself was also located beside the bathrooms and break room, which did not feel relaxing or spa-like. To their credit, they gave me a full refund, and I still tipped the woman providing the service because I don’t believe this was entirely her fault. Staff mentioned that the hairstylists also perform nail services rather than having dedicated nail technicians, which may explain the inconsistency in service quality. I ended up going to another nail salon immediately afterward to have my nails fixed. I hope this feedback helps management improve training and service quality moving forward.”
