“EXPECT TO WAIT: Don’t recommend if you like a professional place that respects your time. I was a client for months and I always made appointments ahead of time but the time was not respected. Not always but she would have me wait 15-30 minutes and would not honor the appointment time. I expressed to the owner that it was very unprofessional and I spoke out that times should be honored. To my surprise the owner became very upset and started arguing with me which resulted in an arguement across the entire salon. When I tried to talk to her about the issue she said that I would be expected to wait for every appointment telling me that SHE WOULD NOT HONOR THE APPOINTMENT TIMES. So ladies if you want a reliable nail tech that also honors and respects your time, this is not the place. BE EXPECTED TO WAIT. Suggestion for the owner: Treat your clients well, honor and respect their time. I know I am not the only one that’s had this issue with you but I’m the one that spoke out about it and if you want to create a professional business also respect your clients time or don’t offer appointments just do walk ins because I know I’m not the last one that’s going to be upset about you being unprofessional.”

“it was great!! my nails look awesome and my nail lady was super sweet. only problem is my french tip isn’t the best on my left hand but barley noticable. It was a bit pricey though for two acrylic sets me n my sister it was $150 with tip but it was worth some of it.”

“Went to Fantasy nails and it was amazing! They have new owners and the services were quick and timely and they were careful to make sure my nailed looked good! The wait isn’t long and they have many choices. They were incredible in communicating with me to make sure I liked my design and it was correct to how I wanted it. Very skilled workers and super nice. Price is very affordable and they’re doing a 10% off deal right now till the end of February! Highly recommend going!”

“Overall, the service was good. Making an appointment on the phone was super easy and they had pretty good customer service over the phone. When we got there the guy up front seemed a little rude. Maybe it was an off day for him I don't know. The girl who did my nails was new, but she did a really good job. Unfortunately you can still see where my actual nail transitions from pink to white. Granted I did choose a white polish but I'm just not too thrilled about that (4 coats). Otherwise, everything else was good. Update 2 years later: went back for a gel manicure ($30) and love it. Would go more often if it wasn’t so pricey.”
